Kanye West reportedly compares LA home with Kim Kardashian to ‘prison’ in new song

We’d guess this doesn’t qualify as “amicable.”

Kanye West reportedly compares his marital home with ex-wife Kim Kardashian to a “prison” on his new record, rapping that he has “escaped from Calabasas.”

West, 44, held a listening party in Las Vegas Sunday for his new songs, with one cut, “Welcome to My Life,” detailing his split from the reality star and his failed presidential bid.

The Sun quoted an insider who explained the song is “very deep” and “sad,” with West “reflecting on his marriage with Kim.”

“He talks about the kids and mentions her taking everything. After he played this song he paused for like, two minutes, and cried. It was really somber,” the source added.

The album — the rapper’s tenth — is named “Donda,” after his late mother, who died in 2007 from complications following cosmetic surgery. She was 58.

Two of the guests at the exclusive shindig included web personality Justin Laboy and basketball star Kevin Durant.

“Kanye played his new album for me & @KDTrey5 last night in Vegas,” Laboy tweeted. “The production is light-years ahead of its time, and the bars sound like he’s broke & hungry trying to get signed again. Any artist who [plans] on dropping soon should just push it back.” He followed it up with an all-caps capsule review: “ALBUM OF THE YEAR.”

Earlier this year, Page Six exclusively reported that the A-list couple was splitting up. West and Kardashian wed on May 24, 2014, in Florence, Italy, and went on to have four children: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

Last month, during a “Keeping up with the Kardashians” reunion special, the SKIMS founder — who had presumably not yet heard “Welcome to My Life” — had nothing but kind words about her estranged husband.

“That was my friend first and foremost for a long time, so I can’t see that going away,” she told Andy Cohen. “I will forever be Kanye’s biggest fan. He’s the father of my kids. Kanye will always be family.”
